At Creative Hydro Graphix, we strive for perfection. Because we offer highly personalized and custom-made services, our refund policy is structured accordingly.

Custom Services (Hydro Dipping / Paint / Coating)

• No refunds on completed work due to the permanent customization process
• Work is inspected before final payment under Pay After Delivery model
• Any technical defects will be rectified before completion

Cancellation

You may cancel your booking before the customization process begins.

However, if any materials were specially ordered for your project, a nominal material cost may be charged.

Warranty

We provide a quality guarantee on our automotive-grade coatings.

If peeling or fading occurs within the warranty period (excluding accidental damage), we offer free touch-up services.
